Opening Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics
CHOREGRAPHIC ASSISTANT
The Opening Ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games 2024 was orchestrated under the artistic direction of Thomas Jolly and the choreographic direction of Maud Le Pladec.
Within the choreographic creative team, the collaboration revolved around bringing their dynamic vision to life, while engaging in a dialogue and coordinating with an ensemble of dancers, performers, and collaborators. The work focused on the conception and rehearsals of several tableaux, including Synchronicité, a choreography for 300 dancers, and Sportivité, a choreography for a group of 40 dancers and BMX riders.
Contributing to this creative journey culminated in a performance where performing art and sport collided in a notable way, as one of the most iconic moments in global sporting history.
